Technical Service Mission
To ensure the highest satisfaction possible among our internal and external customers through outstanding initial call response, situation assessment, troubleshooting, return authorization, and minimization of customer "down time". Analyze data to identify significant device issues to improve the quality of our products, and proactively seek to minimize potential service occurrences by directing customer training for patient preparation, device operation and self-troubleshooting.
